This program is well worth the money. The staff is so friendly and welcome you by first name as if they have known you all there life.

I did lose about 20 pounds (happy & proud) and I feel like the staff as a whole was very comfortable with working with my vegan diet. Some people I met at the Glen Allen clinic were definitely more knowledgeable than others.

I lost approximately 60 lbs. using Medi and have kept 50 lbs. off over the last three years. The staff at Glen Allen Medi are amazing. They are always helpful and friendly. When I stated I was bored with the same old food they had a lot of suggestions to mix up my choices and got me back on track. It has been life changing! 60 pounds gone - not lost, as I do plan to find them. Better at age 40 than I was at 30. Staff is encouraging, but firm. The plan works.

For the positive, I needed to add more protein to my diet and I felt so much better on the program than before. I was able to fit into my clothes again and it never hurts to get compliments from people. My confidence level was greatly improved. Clinic staff were great. They were supportive. I also like the fact that there were different types of health professions helping me and that I was being monitored in a nice way.

The program is a little costly but believe it's worth your money, and can be cost prohibitive for some, I'm sure, but I feel that it is worth it to have the individual counseling and support

My experience with Medi Weightloss was extremely positive. I was able to lose about 40 pounds over 8 months; but hit a plateau and could not get below it. Positive comments from family and friends about my weight loss was incentive to keep going. The staff was friendly and supportive even during a difficult period.
