**WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE**

I went here for a simple bridesmaids dress alteration. Not only did the job take him over a month to complete, the man managed to literally destroy the dress. Not only was the hem crooked, he also managed to ruin the fabric on the dress. The top part of the dress was taken in the sloppiest way possible. The fabric was ripped and it was pulling in some very weird spots. He even measured me before, but somehow the dress didn't fit at all. Aren't tailors supposed to make clothes look good and fit the customer?



After I begged and begged him to repair his damages, he only made it worse. The fabric was ripped and pulled in even more places! As I was crying in the dressing room, he kept saying there was nothing else he could do and that the dress was made to look that way. He refused to fix it just 2 days before the wedding. I was completely shocked by his attitude and unwillingness to fix his mistakes.



I had to take the dress to someone else and beg them to fix as much as they could 2 days before the wedding. John the Tailor was amazing and fixed my dress in a very short time crunch. He even told me that I should go get my money back from Rocco (Sebastian's tailor) because how poor the quality was.



After the wedding, I returned and asked kindly for my money back since he ruined the dress and I had to pay a premium to fix his mistakes in a short time frame. He refused and wouldn't acknowledge his mistakes.



My ask was pretty reasonable. I just wanted to be refunded the money I paid to the other tailor to fix his mistakes. He would still be making a profit off of me. Quite frankly I should have asked for all my money back, but I was trying to be reasonable and support a local business.



I used to work in the service industry. If a customer does not like your service, you do not charge them or you refund them. Pretty standard business practices. I did not want to write this review about my experience, however, he gave me no choice. I love local places, which is why I used him in the first place. I gave Rocco several opportunities to make this situation right. He kept on refusing. Clearly he doesn't care about his customers or reputation.



What a nightmare! Be warned! This business operates in non-traditional ways and will rob you blind if your not careful.

This is the best place to go if you need alteration. The owner is very professional and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend them.
