Our Program Areas (Class Rooms): LEARNING CENTER (Homework help, board games, worksheets/drills, and books, monthly themed lessons) ARTS & CRAFTS ROOM (Fine arts activities are conducted, visual and performing arts) TECHNOLOGY LAB(Computers with Windows XP, Microsoft Office, internet access, computer literacy lessons, audio & visual equipment use, and digital arts) GAMES ROOM (Pool, foosball, ping-pong, table games, recreational and team building activities ) HEALTH & LIFE SKILLS ROOM (Boys & Girls Clubs National Program's Smart Moves (alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and pregnancy prevention program)and Healthy Habits (nutrition and healthy eating habits), are conducted TEEN CENTER (Program area designated only for club members in high school. Includes homework help, character & leadership, college & career preparation/job training, financial literacy, teen safe driving, and health & life skills programs.) GYMNASIUM (Sports and fitness programs are conducted, with monthly themed sports and activities that will keep members active) Fees: -Project Discovery (After School Program) = $105.00/per month/per child -Early Discovery (Morning Program), automatically includes Project Discovery = $350.00/per month/per child -Membership Fee = $25.00/per year/per child *Ask about discounted rates for additional siblings Hours of Programs: -Early Discovery (Morning Program): 7am-9am (or whenever school bus picks them up to take members to school) -Project Discovery (After School Program): 2:30pm-7pm (or whenever school dismisses members and bus drops members off from school to the club) Ages/Grade: 5 years old/Kindergarten – 18 years old/12th Grade

They also develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community and celebrating our national heritage. 2) Education & Career Development These programs help youth create aspirations for the future, providing opportunities for career exploration and educational enhancement. 3) Health & Life Skills These programs help youth achieve and maintain healthy, active lifestyles 4) The Arts These initiatives help young people enhance self-expression and creativity, develop multicultural appreciation, provide exposure to and develop skills in crafts and visual, performing and literary arts. 5) Sports, Fitness, & Recreation These programs help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.
