The best thing was they had a room, we drove from KS. The room 114 smelled, I assumed it was the air freshner. First I noticed the missed cleaning around the double bed. Then the ceilings were in poor shape. Found bug droppings in the corner where the refrigerator was sitting. There appeared to be water damage to the door trim. The door knob to a joining room was loose and there was a thin line of mold growing on the door. The closet had Mold growing in it, had I seen it before morning we would of looked for another hotel. But they said it was there last room, being day after Thanksgiving we thought we were lucky. I have photos, I spoke to desk clerk, called the manager like she said, she was not in so it went to voice mail, even sent an email. Have not gotten a word from them.
