      Serving the Washington, D.C. area with offices in Gaithersburg and Olney, MD, the team of physicians, clinicians and office staff at Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates work toward one goal — to help each patient feel better and improve their quality of life. The team includes board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine specialists and clinical staff who offer a variety of patient-focused treatments to address issues ranging from simple muscle injuries to complex spinal pain. Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates offers a comprehensive range of in-office procedures including joint injections, bursa injections, X-ray guided spine injections, and customized medication management services to reduce pain and help patients get back to their regular activities. We are also affiliated with the Rockville Surgical Suites, for patients who require monitored anesthesia care in order to undergo an injection. All patients are treated with kindness and respect from the moment they call to schedule their first appointment through every treatment. The providers and staff put patients first and take time to get to know each person who comes in for care, listening to their concerns and answering any questions thoroughly. The team educates patients about their conditions and health needs, empowering them to make the best health care decisions.
