My husband and I went in to Marc Samuel’s to buy a wedding ring and corresponding band to replace our old wedding ring. We went to many jewelry stores and I searched online for the ring I wanted for months. When we went to Marc Samuel’s, Coco assisted us. She was wonderful through the whole buyer’s experience from ordering/designing the ring, sending the CAD images for review and approval to getting the perfect fit and price range for me.... My husband and I went out recently to look at a 10 year anniversay ring/wedding set. It was our first day out and I was looking to find the styles I liked. After going to a few other "larger chain stores"Ifound myself a little disappointed....pushy sales people and being told to be able to see what Iwant I basically would have to buy it first so they could order and then show it to me. I was very disappointed. Then we walked into Marc Samuels Jewelers in Frisco. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was the only person in the store and after leaving my husband mentioned how busy they were and I truly didn't notice. Not only did they have settings I was interested in but they had at least 10 settings matchiing the description I was looking for and all a little different. Once we narrowed down the settings, they brought out some of the most beautiful diamonds I have ever seen. They listened to what I liked and didn't like about each diamond and paid attention to what I wanted. They never tried to get us to go above our price range even when I said "well maybe we should see what a 2 carat looked like". I was able to find the most beautiful side engraved with diamonds and two rectangle baguettes, and the perfect pear diamond to match. We realized my wedding band would need to be replaced as well and the sales person made sure to keep me focused on the price range that made my husband less likely to have a heart attack.... My husband didn't go to "jared's" he went to Marc Samuels...at Jared's he was told he wouldn't be able to show me what I want without purchasing first at any jewelers....Jared's was definitely wrong and I can't wait to go back and pick out some new pearl earings and see what Marc Samuels Jewelers can do with a few loose stones and my old diamond engagement ring for a custom piece....still can't believe we purchased that day, but I don't believe Iwould have found anything close to what we found that day for the unbelievable price we got as well!

We entered Marc Samuels Jewelery store just to take a look at the engagement rings. We always thought that it would be a long process involving a lot of research and negotiation.

We visited a few stores to get an idea about the prices. When we came to this jewelery store and looked at several beautiful rings. Then the owner quoted prices for them. And my

fiance asked him how much would the ring be with the diamond? And he said that price is for evething including a life time warranty. I still remeber the smile on our faces. All the other

places we had checked earlier had quoted exhorbitant prices just for the mountings. At Marc Samuels, we found a gorgeous setting that I had always dreamt of, and an awesome EGL certified

diamond at a price that was well within our budget. The store has professional and friendly staff, who actually make sure that you look at all the different possible options and then pick your

favorite one. Marc Samuels Jewelers gave me my dream ring.. and I am very proud and happy to possess it!!

Amazing diamond buying experience, never had better time buying diamond ring. I have bought several new high end watches and rings from Murad and his brother they have always taken care of me before and after the sale. I can text Murad tell him what I want and a day later he has it no matter if its 5k or 260k he hooks me up! Don't waste your time with the others Murad will give you first class treatment and a fair price. I will never use another jeweler.
