I’ve been going to Deluxe Nails since I moved to Franklin in March 2018. Their service is amazing and my nails are perfect every time (full disclosure I am picky - thickness, shape, etc.) My 8 YO comes and gets a manicure/pedicure and they treat her the same they would any adult. Recently I had a baby and it’s hard for me to get there without needing to bring him as well. Every time, they go out of their way to make sure he’s taken care of, they have no problem pausing for a moment if I need to plunk his pacifier in or quickly tend to him. Then this (photo below) As a mom, I can’t begin to explain how wonderful this was. I was able to enjoy my manicure without feeling anxious or worried that he would fuss. I will
never give my business to anyone but them!

I moved to Franklin, TN about a year ago from NY. In NY, I would get my nails done every week or every week and a half at my favorite place. So when I moved for work, I was nervous I wouldn't find the same satisfaction that I got in NY-that was until I found Deluxe Nails and Spa. They had the best ratings then all of the other salons in the area so I gave them a try and was not disappointed. Tyler and his team do their very best at providing excellent customer service as well as a clean and friendly environment. (They even have wine!) They have the largest nail color selection that I've seen! There was one certain OPI gel color that was discontinued and Tyler went as far as finding it and stocking it in the salon for me. Such incredible service and has been for over a year! Won't be going anywhere else!

First time doing my nails in this place, it was a nice experience, personnel was nice and attentive. Joe did my nails and he was very good, they accommodated my request of trying to avoid infection because of health reason and they put a plastic over the feet tub which was good and also they used new nail filer and buffer. I was surprised they only had guys working there, but it was fine and there was not a conversation in between them like when there are only girls. It is a little pricey but I guess it is worth it. Hopefully next time I go it will still be the same.

John Tyler and his team were very friendly and professional. Everyone there made you feel like you were the only one that mattered. The business was very clean and decorated beautiful. Just moving here from North Carolina I do feel like I found that diamond in the rough. Thank you John Tyler and your team for making me feel very special.

I went to Deluxe Nails after they had closed and they were so gracious. The owner opened the salon and pampered me so much. They never made me feel like I was a burden. The manicure is the best that I have ever had. The salon is so clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and the pedicure area is fabulous! The price is very affordable. Deluxe Nails & Spa is my new exclusive salon!

I went to the salon well after they had closed. The owner graciously opened the salon and I was given the best gel manicure that I have ever had. I was surprised with the affordable price and the cleanliness of the salon. They had a fabulous pedicure area with lots of atmosphere. I will continue to use Deluxe Nails for all my pampering in the future. If you are looking for a great nail salon, you should check this out.

The best nail spa ever!!!! Great team, the capital of the team is Tyler and he's so amazing he makes sure your satisfied and happy!!!! It's beautiful and very relaxing I mean they have and do everything!!! Today was my first day and I was just impressed!!! Great customer service!!!!

They are so awesome and friendly here! My big toenail has grown in cracked for the past couple years, and they were able to put an acrylic nail on it, and it looks so normal and amazing now! I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic! This place is beautiful, offers a ton of services and options and has a great staff! Today was girls day with my mom, she got an aromatherapy pedicure, I got a facial, and we both got a shellac manicure. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcomed and at ease. We'll definitely be back.

Had such a great, relaxing experience here! 15 stars... 5 for the quality: my nails are flawless! 5 for the atmosphere: the people are enthusiastic and service-driven. I felt so comfortable! 5 for cleanliness: no fumes!! This place is environmentally safe.
