We have boarded our elderly dog there several times in the past year. Charlie is on two medications and a special diet. Charlie seems to enjoy his stays there so much that he sits beside Ken and has to be coaxed to leave when we pick him up. We have Makayla groom him on the day of departure and she does a great job with our elderly Shih Tzu. We are very glad that this facility gives us peace of mind for when we have to travel.

We LOVE Paula's Pet Paradise. We have used them for our three dogs, two large and one small, on several occasions over the past year. When we pull into the parking area, our dogs drag us in and love Ken. They were always wary of men and are very comfortable with him. We have used other area kennels but are much happier with Paula's Pet Paradise. Our dogs, Rascal, Fred and Woody are always clean and do not have the same "kennel" smell as the other places when we pick them up. We will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

I found the personnel very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were very clean. All of the dogs there were in good spirits. This is a business that appears to still be in the growing stage . I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there and plan on using them in the future! Only wish the cat area was larger! Tammy, Ken and Calamity Jane :)
