0My sister took my husband and me to eat at this steakhouse. It was WONDERFUL!!! I am in Corbin,KY but we will be driving up today to eat here again. Very nice employees and an all around good experience.
My husband, myself and my daughter ate at this restaurant on a Sat. around 5:00 p.m. and we spent over $50.00 on our meal for the 3 of us and it was aweful. The salad bar was disgusting with food all over it from each bind. There was no dressing (ranch) in sight and his $20.00 steak which was suppose to be cooked medium was burnt and like the bottom of your shoe. The smothered chicken that I recieved was dry and unedible. This is the second time we have gone to this steak house and it was great the first time, but the second time left us with a "bad" taste in our mouthes. We will never go to this restaurant again. If I am going to shell out that kind of money the food better at least be half way descent. In this recession and everyone competing for your hard earned dollar at steak houses - shame on you for serving up such bad food. People wonder why everyone travels to Lexington to eat -- well this is the exact reason -- good luck Cattleman's you are going to need it.

- Cattleman's Roadhouse is a locally owned, Kentucky Proud restaurant. We are not a chain, but we do now have several locations in the surrounding area. We are just a couple of Kentucky boys serving great steaks! We pride ourselves in local buying and suppliers. When we opened our first restaurant, we scoured the state to find the best quality foods possible. Our steaks are aged 28 days, hand-cut, and are second to none in tenderness and flavor. Our burgers are Aspen Ridge All Natural Beef that is certified, humanely raised, with NEVER any antibiotics. From our locally sourced produce to our handmade desserts by Helen, we strive to serve better quality foods than other casual restaurants.
