If I could give Gene Murray zero stars, I would. I spent $5,000 on his services 2 1/2 years ago. He promised my spouse would be home for Christmas in 2012. My spouse is still incarcerated. He promised he would file my spouse's early release, but after being paid in full, I have not heard from this lawyer in OVER 2 years. I have called almost daily & left messages in his office with his secretary & on his cell phone with none of my calls being returned. I will start going to his office at the beginning of next week. Upon speaking with the secretary she informed me that my spouse's early release had been filed, but denied. Why is this not information given to me? Why does the secretary know this & not the person that paid the lawyer? It has been nothing, but a mess since I've gotten involved with Gene Murray & I truly believe we would have had the same outcome had we hired a court appointed attorney.
