This is the worst place ever my truck was sold to me no wheel lock AC broke leaking from a few hoses under the hood belt worn out I will tell anybody please do not purchase a car or finance a car through these people I'm telling you that will screw you over every single time I had to take them to court I wish I could give less Stars than one

Terrible place!!!!!! Stay away. All the cars are broke. They give you a 3 month warranty but do not fix anything. They have been having my truck for 2 weeks they still haven't got around to it. I have missed work, had to get a rental car, and they still want me to make my payments. No one answer when you call. No communication between them what so ever. Stay far Away! I have to put a star rating but I wouldn't give them anything.

I will never again deal with this company again! I bought a car from them, they basically screwed me over royally! I got a car from them, they said i had a 3 month warranty on the whole car! That was a bold faced lie! Whole side of the power on the driver side didn't work and transmission was going out on it! I was told I can get the car looked at the very next day! I called the next day and left messages consently never recieved a call back, I went there cust svc office and spoke to John personlly he said he would have to get back to me! He never did! Month went by, never could get anyone to help me! I got the run around for 3 months. The day b 4 warranty expired they said I would have to leave it there and they would call me when it is done and i would be billed for it! Transmission was the biggest prob. I was hounded day and night all day everyday for my payment for the car! Her name was Allison! She was very rude and very unprofessional when i spoke with her! AUTOMAXX BITES!!!!!!!

I bought a car from automaxx they told me that they fix the sunroof and it leaks when it rains and after you sign the paper they never want to stand behind wat they say they will do I've only had mycar for a month and I've had to fix the a/c ,brakes,and the front tire and the mgr david says one thing and does another so please if your need a car please buy it some where else all they do is lie they cant tell the truth and all youll be doing is buy a big problem and remember they want do nothing they just want ur money and they dont care about ur safety or any one else

NO STARS! I purchased a car from automaxx. 9 days later I began having problems with the car. The vehicle was removed from my home without anyone notifying me. I called and reported the vehicle stolen and I was unsuccessful because it was not registered to me yet. Automaxx had the car towed to their repair shop. The repair shop had the vehicle a full week and all they did give me the replacement key. I was told nothing was wrong with my starter. Initially, they tried to charge me for repairs covered under my warranty, and they did charged me for an unnecessary tow. The car was drivable and did not need to be towed. My car was returned to me unfixed and I am still trying to have this matter resolved in a professional manner. Service Manager in the main office is very rude and unprofessional. I heard her say to another employee she did not feel like dealing with me today and I could just hold.
