My experience here has been exceptional! Bryce (store manager) helped me out along with his employee Scott. Both were friendly and professional. I had some jewelry to sell and had already visited two other pawnshops. Due to a mistake on my part I thought the best offer I had on the jewelry was $175 so when Bryce offered $250 I accepted. After realizing that I had made a mistake I called Bryce and told him the situation and that I had actually received an offer of $280 from another store (I later showed him a paper with the offer). Bryce was very clear that he wanted me to be satisfied with our transaction and that he would give me $40 in-store credit. I thanked him and told him that all I really needed was cash and asked if he would just give me $20 more. He insisted that he pay me $31 dollars cash because he wanted to beat my best offer. To me this proves without a doubt that this business truly cares about customer satisfaction and their reputation. I highly recommend Dan's!
