Looking at the BBB rating they are an F. With good reason. Their customer service is the absolute worst. First the guy calls and as the receptionist is doing her job and screening calls he refused to give her information then started yelling at her. He called back a day or two later, then starting hounding us for an invoice that first-we didn't have, and second, wasn't due for another 25 days(their terms are clearly printed on the invoice) This Elliot kept calling and leaving messages, then 5 days before the due date he called and when I told him to please don't call again, then he has the audacity to say it wasn't him that he had just started yesterday! Really! Then two days after the due date(the check is in transit) we get a letter from a collection agency. I do not suggest ever doing business with these people, I know they lost our business.
