From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you are treated with respect and feel like you are the only patient in the office. Waiting time is minimal. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional, concerned about the patient and very informative! The cleanest dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Dulay is an incredible doctor, very knowledgeable and explained what procedures are going to be done and answered to all my questions. She's extremely competent, never tries the "upsell", is always kind and funny and genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you for years of painless & impeccable service! Dr Dulay is the most caring dentist I have ever met. Took the time to explain all my options to me and now I cannot stop smiling. I undid years of damage. I heard Susan Wise on 101.5 Lite FM talk of how Dr Dulay had fixed her teeth and I thought I too would give it a try. Best decision I ever made.
