      I wasn't given an option.

      Closing fees were exorbitant and I wasn?t given a re-issue credit at closing even after questioning the closer during my review of the Settlement Statement.It wasn't until I spoke with a real estate attorney the following day that I found I was misinformed at closing and I was entitled to re-issue credit.I called the closer and informed her of my conversation with my attorney at which point she agreed to give me the re-issue credit.
