It is a part of Fort Hudson Health System, a nonprofit senior services provider that offers a comprehensive and individualized approach to senior services. Fort Hudson Nursing Home offers professional clinical services; physical, occupational and speech therapies; social services; respite services and short-term stay; nutrition and dietitian services; and social activities and community outings. Fort Hudson Health System s additional services and facilities include independent senior housing, adult medical day care, specialized dementia care, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and medical and ancillary services.
