I set up an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and it was for 3pm.with Greg Koch. My Hygienist was Nancy. When i got their they were very concerned on who to bill for insurance. I spent about 1/2 hour waiting and calling to get a billing address, finally did and then went in with Nancy she fumbled around with her digital camera with what they have hooked up to the computer. she ended up with photos/x rays and then proceeded with the cleaning. After about ten minutes she said we will need to set up more appointments and that they would give me a proposal for root planing. Their was too much to do. She worked on 3 teeth.I was out of there at 4pm. This appointment was on 9/1/2009They billed the insurance Co for $267.00 I called them and asked them what a full mouth debridgement was and they said it was a deep cleaning of your full mouth. They said it was the only way to bill the ins. Co. Well I was in their for a free 6 month cleaning and it was only 3 teeth cleaned
