Was a patient there for many years, they have had staff changes and opened an office in Flowery Branch in Publix Shopping Center, that was a waste of money.I went from a patient, to someone who seems to waste their time. The Flowery Branch office is not only unorganized, they are not friendly, non-caring and seemed annoyed that you are interrupting their day by scheduling an appointment. Last straw, they told me they would call me back, 3 times, over 5 days, never once did I get a call returned. I knew then, that I would not go back. So, I changed and have been so happy, ever since. Don't settle for anything less.

Dr. Shannon and his staff are always very informative and helpful, they not only enjoy what they do but value their customers at the same time!
