Foster & Harvey, P.C. prepares hundreds of title opinions every year. The shareholders of Foster and Harvey, PC own and operate Title Express Inc., which is a licensed Texas Title Company in the counties of Wilson, Karnes and Gonzales (Title-Express.com). When requested by the title company client, all legal documents necessary for closings are prepared by the firm. Clients are also advised of legal issues relating to their particular transaction, and questions are answered to assist the client with making necessary decisions.
