Dr. John Curtis Lewis has been in private practice since 2018. He earned his B.S. degree in Biology from Francis Marion University in 2012. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in 2018. While attending MUSC, he was awarded the Joseph Cleveland award for academic excellence and promise in the field of dentistry. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society for academic excellence and demonstration of exemplary traits of character and future professional growth. Dr. Lewis received significant training in the area of digital dentistry and aims to provide such treatment to his patients. He plans to continue to learn and apply new, innovative techniques to his practice in order to continue providing his patients with the best of today’s dental treatments. Dr. Lewis is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and South Carolina Dental Association.
