Tina M. Parker, P.C. is a law firm located in the beautiful Shoals area of Alabama in the northwest corner of the state, but I practice all over Alabama. My practice areas include personal injury (auto accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, slips and falls, product-related injuries, medical malpractice) workers' compensation, consumer bankruptcy, and child custody/divorce. If you need an attorney for any other legal matter, even if it is outside the state of Alabama, I will be happy to assist you with a referral. A free initial consultation in personal injury, employment law, worker's compensation, and bankruptcy cases. My personal injury, employment law, and workers' compensation cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, meaning that you only pay me an attorney's fee if I collect for you. There is no upfront cost to the clients in personal injury cases. If you are injured and cannot travel to my office, I can arrange to travel to you for a consultation upon request. My consumer bankruptcy fees are very competitive, and I meet with each of my clients personally to advise you on whether bankruptcy is the right step for you.My clients appreciate my ability to listen to their concerns and provide them with personal attention throughout their case.
