Quick, reliable and honest with technicians who give you value-added service. Not only was the price very reasonable - even painless - but after he was done, the technician checked for carbon monoxide levels and reviewed with me the best places to keep an alarm for the best protection. (I don't recall any of the "bigger" companies checking for anything but how much more they can sell me while there.) Karen was wonderful to deal with over the phone. This experience was easy, painless and affordable. Next time, I'm calling Davis Heating and Cooling.

If you are looking for professional, efficient, and honest service you cannot go wrong with this company. They diagnosed and repaired our AC well and fast, and did not use our emergency situation to charge through the nose as many do. I know who I will call if there is a need.

Karen Davis was so helpful to us! My wife was home alone when the furnace stopped wrking so Karen sent her a message with a picture of the technician when they dispatched him. He didn't try to trick me into more services, and he talked to me like an equal, even though I was so clearly helpless. I so appreciated his work and his personality! Customer service from this company is outstanding. I called at 10:00 PM on a Sunday and someone answered. I highly recommend this company. I had them install a new central AC system and the work was outstanding. They were on time and Tom is extremely accommodating and explains everything in detail. Great company
