Dr. Durham performed an emergency surgery on my left arm on January 22, 2007. I was sleep walking and fell thru a plate glass door. I was lucky, Dr. Durham was on call. I worked in the Medical field for over 25 years, just 50 miles from Flagstaff. Working in the field you hear everything, good and not so good about all in Medical Services. I had cut my Ulnar nerve and damaged it also in the process. He had to trim the damaged part of the nerve off. This left very little of the nerve left for a repair ! But he was able to get my arm in a position to see the nerve back together continued--
