Nov.7,2012:ordered house lo mein and pupu platter to go.got home and opened the lo mein,it was burnt,it tasted burnt,used to have the baby corns and cut up scallops in it,nope nothing but vegies and a little pork.pupu is supposed to be for two,but comes with one eggroll.they also tried to hand me the wrong order to go,good thing I checked the slip before i grabbed it from the host at the front desk.won't be going back.

SINGAPORE RULES!!! i have been going there for over 10 years and while sometimes, as with all reasturants there are some poor waitstaff to be had, and its a mixed bag, but the food is soo good my god and they have excellent mixed drinks too - both a bar and dining room. i recently went out of state for three years, and ween i came back i realized how bad chinese food is in other parts of the country

WORST EXPERIENCE. I have worked in customer service, as a waitress, as a cashier at a pizza place, and as a custodian. I have NEVER had such awful service in my life. May 15th, 2010 I went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday party, we had a reservation for 30 people. There ended up being about 25 people. We had ONE waitress the entire night who spoke VERY broken english. She couldn't remember who ordered what AT ALL. Once the bill came they refused to give us seperate checks so one of us spent (at least) AN HOUR figuring this out after we had asked for a supervisor and still did not get one. We would have LOVED to have been dancing for this hour because there was an amazing band playing in the bar. We got to the bar, my boyfriend went to order a drink, he waited 5 minutes or more for the bar tender who really wasn't doing much, and finally he goes, " 'Scuse me.." and the bar tender goes, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" NO EXAGGERATION. I would love to go back for the band that plays there a lot (Under Pressure) but I will not. Worst experience.
