What a relief it was to find Blue Mountain. I broke my shower faucet and dreaded the thought of having to find someone to fix it for me. I was totally impressed with Blue Mountain from my first contact with the company. A sweet and understanding lady answered the phone, explained their process and scheduled me for an appointment at a time when I didn't have to take off from work. The service technician was polite and respectful of my home (he wore shoe covers while in my house.) He looked at what was wrong and gave me the price to repair for my approval before ever starting the work. The best part was he fixed a problem I have had with the shower not getting hot enough ever since I moved in eight years ago. Two days later their office called to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied with the work. There's no question who I'll use for my plumbing and heating system work in the future. Great service Blue Mountain Plumbing Heating and Cooling installed an outdoor hot/cold water hydrant for us to fill our hot tub with hot water or wash cars with warm water. The service tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Best of all, he didn't leave a mess. We love our new hydrant!

They replaced our substandard duct work with a brand new and much more efficient system and installed a new high efficiency heat pump unit. Best in the Area We are very impressed with the quality of the people and the quality of the service we received from Blue Mountain. They've serviced both our heating and our AC units, installed a new whole house humidifier for us and answered a LOT of questions about improving the efficiency of our heating and cooling systems. Our tech, Chris Davis, is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a genuinely good guy. It is a pleasure doing business with them. Friendliest Service in Town I think that many great things can be said about the proficiency and knowledge Blue Mountain technicians. It is apparent that they have a vastness of knowledge in the areas of plumbing,heating, and cooling. But, all that being said, the thing that impressed me the most was the personability and courtesy of the technician. Chirs was very respectable and professional while in my home, even wearing shoot covers! Which I thought was truly amazing. He talked through the work and made sure that I both understood and approved any and all work being done. So when they say "you can trust them in your home", I stand behind it 100%.

cracked our tub! Blue Mountain came out and long story short, they had to crack the tile surround to move the plumbing fixtures. We had just installed a new custom tub. The employee did not cover or protect the new tub at all and commenced smashing tiles which fell into the tub, and yes, you guessed it, they gouged the tub, chipped the enamel off the acrylic and gouged down to the fiberglass. Acrylic tubs are like granite-they are solid surface tubs with a fiberglass under them. They refused to come out and look at it or take any responsibility. Don't use them-they seem really nice but if you have a mishap, they will not stand behind it. We don't think it was malicious-just careless and they refused to take responsibility. Do you really want that type of company doing repairs in your home?

Blue Mountain Plumbing- fast and reliable ... We had our air conditioner go out at the worst possible time during the recent heatwave. Blue Mountain Plumbing came out right away to fix our unit and made several follow-up calls to ensure that everything was working properly and we were happy

Signed up for the service plan. Both visits to service my home seemed very professional and detailed. The gentlemen explained things well, answered questions and gave me tips on how to maintain or maximize the performance of both my HVAC unit and my well. They made minor adjustments as well at the cost of the service fee. Thank you gentlemen.

Blue Mountain did a wonderful job in diagnosing the problem and then repairing it in less than 20 minutes! Chris Davis was wonderful in explaining what was wrong, the fact that our Delta parts had a lifetime warranty and he was up front about labor costs. I was initially worried that it was going to be a big costly leak to fix, but Chris knew immediately what was wrong and the simple effective fix. He was professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly! Service with a smile goes a long way and I could not be happier with the company and service I received.
