I love Lucas Smith Dodge. They have a friendly staff and sales team and my family has bought cars from this dealership for years. I have no complaints.

This dealership is a joke they treat customers like dirt and over charge and laugh about it. And when they worked on my car they replaced wrong items to get extra money wishing I would have them repare it again I recommend never going here. Late on every promise they ever made.. when I questioned them about the wrong part they told me leave it's not there problem and never come back I'm banned..

A friend of mine went in to get his new car fixed and it seemed every time it was fixed, while fixing it they messed something else up. After multiple trips in to get a simple sunroof fixed, on the last visit when he thought everything was fine he noticed a crack in the windshield. When he confronted the sales manager he first said yes it could have been something they did. When he went to get that fixed they refused and the story changed, them saying that it was already cracked. BBB has been informed and Lucas Smith is refusing to reimburse for the windshield. People need to know about things like this even if it is something little. Not everyone can keep on paying money for things that weren’t their fault all because the businesses we try to support want to take advantage.
