0Wow! I have dined here many times and it just keeps getting better. I just celebrated a birthday there with friends and couldn't have been more pleased and surprised. The manager brought a candle lit dessert to our table himself and bought me a birthday martini, even though we've never met.Great food and great service. The shrimp scampi was the best I've ever had!

Fantastic steaks........... blackened chicken! Wow!I've recently moved my business to the Farmington area and was looking for a good place to entertain clients. Never expected this type of quality service and food. The decor is outstanding in a remodeled old building in downtown Farmington, MO. Hard wood floors, brick walls, and a good selection of wines. I've now eaten at 12 West a dozen times. Very reasonably priced for a business lunch or higher end dinner.
THE FOOD AND SERVICE ARE AMAZING! THIS IS A STOP YOU MUST MAKE IN FARMINGTON!!!
The service rocks! The food is the best around and the price can't be beat.
