This place used to be great. My son and I went in once or twice a week for a while. Now, we won't go back. Last few times we were there it was hard to even spend $20 in tokens because almost all of the games were broken. It's been taken over by a bad crowd, probably the reason for the state of the games. Also, they seem to have rigged the games we used to win big jackpots on. For instance, the Break the Bank game used to give out 300 tickets for the jackpot. Now, they've changed it to 200, and when you hit it, it only pays out 20. We've done it on multiple trips just to make sure it wasn't just us. No, its the game. We built a pretty good rapport with the employees there and I honestly feel like we pissed them off with how many tickets/prizes we were winning so they adjusted the games. Also, last time we were there, we left with a stack of tickets because we got sick of waiting for them to fix the ticket redemption machines. There's probably about 7 of them and none of them were working. We were just two of about 20 people standing around with a pile of tickets that couldn't cash them in. Meanwhile, the employees seem to purposely keep their backs to you to avoid eye contact and appear busy. Like I said, we used to love this place, but it sucks now. We gave it a few more tries and every time we've left disappointed, pissed off, and vowing to write the manager. Go to Marvins. It's much better and has a better clientele too.

I had my sons 1st b-day here and when purchasing the party package they were to concerned about how much was I trying to spend and also did not explain the purchasing policy to me just was eager to take my credit card. When arrived at the party the party host kept interferring with me and my guest every minute. My son aswell as every other child caught a cold. I was so dissapointed and embarrassed when a fight came about while we were still there. We were the last party to have the party area room and we were rushed when 10 minutes was approaching for my time for the room. This place is to expensive and has poor customer service never will I visit again or recommend this particular location.

This place not only has lazer tag, but also indoor go-karts, bumper cars, and 18 holes of GLO-GOLF! Prices are inexpensive and discounts are given upon repeat purchases. Also has an excellent assortment of arcade games ranging from Ms. Pac-Man to Guitar Hero! Chuck-E-Cheese style redeemable ticket system for toys. Has private party rooms. Great place to take kids but also fun for teens and adults.
