Our parent company, iSi Group, is the world's largest manufacturer of high-quality cream and food whippers, soda siphons, and their respective chargers and was founded in Vienna in 1811. Established in the U.S. in 1977, iSi North America continues to charge the way as an innovator in the fields of modern gastronomy and gas charger technology. In foodservice' for back-of-the-house, front-of-the-house, and bar' the iSi System is the proven choice of top professionals and leading restaurant chains around the world. In addition, we manufacture and market an array of innovative, high-performance food preparation tools under the iSi Basics brand. Our products can be purchased through most foodservice distributors, cash & carry outlets, leading retail and gourmet specialty stores, catalogs, online, and from our iSi Store. Our first business, almost 200 years ago in Vienna, started with carbonating water and we continue this tradition today with our iSi Soda Siphons and Soda Chargers. With increased attention and concern for the environment, using iSi System makes great sense as you can source the water locally from your own tap and carbonate yourself using easy-to-use, 100% recyclable Soda Chargers. Our beautifully designed siphons eliminate the need for pre-filled plastic or glass bottles.
