      General Info
      Chenana Apartments: Is located out of town just off Chena Pump Road. This is a 100% assisted housing project based low income housing. There are 52 units at the site. Executive Estates Apartments: Built in 1978 and well maintained. This is a high quality housing property that caters to the needs of extremely low, very low and lower income families. The complex features: A BASKET BALL COURT THAT IS OPEN FROM 8 AM to 10 pm daily, Fenced playgrounds at three different locations provide safety for children with parental supervision. Little Dipper Apartments: Is at 1910 Turner Street. It is close to the hospital and downtown. We welcome AHFC & IRHA voucher holders and Military personnel. There are 52 units on site. These 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units are between 17th and 19th on Turner Street. The office, community room and laundry are in the one story building at the entrance of the complex. This is a Tax Credit property that is only partially assisted with project based low income.
