I love how they start teaching the kids very early on and that they have cameras to see what's happening at any moment also the same routine everyday

Not at all trustworthy for winter after school pick up. If the roads are cold, a tiny bit icy, or full on winter strom - even if the school district buses are running on regular routes - KNU sometimes will not do before or after school pick up. Which is fair. The biggest problem is they don't bother to call the parent to let them know they are not going to pick up the kids. Leaving the kids to stand out in the cold waiting for their bus. When it doesn't show up, the elementry school will then call the parent. If you commute into work you're stuck in a situation where you are rushing to get to your kid - hoping they haven't frozen to death outside. KNU should really give parents at least an hour's heads up if they can't do pick up. It would be the responsible and safe thing for their students.Otherwise, the facility is nice and well maintained. Most of the staff is very nice - although they have a high turn over. It's just their snow policy that stinks.

I loved the teachers there, my children loved the teachers there. The rate the teachers come and go is concerning. I had problems with discrimination due to DSHS help with co-pay. They used to be good about accepting DSHS, but after stating they would accept payment from DSHS went back on there word and then charged ME regular rate for a week of service that was covered by the state. This was at the Everett Kids n' Us, however they prompted me to call the main Kids n Us, and was bounced back and forth as no one wanted to handle the situation. Now as they don't want to resolve, may have to go through the trouble of filing through court. Also had an incident concerning children of different sexes using restrooms at the same time in the pre-k room in the Everett facility.

My daughter is Autistic. Kids N Us was able to take her not being fully potty trained. She loved it there! I recommend it! You can check up on your child on web cam. It's great!

Wow Kids 'N Us is wonderful! We have been enrolled at Everett for 2 years and when I thought it couldn't get any better ... it did! Our family moved to Lake Stevens and wow what a wonderful place for our son. The staff are so compassionate, helpful and loving! The company is so family friendly, we love the activities and functions they offer. Payments are made so easy with their automatic debit service. We would highly recommend the Kids 'N Us Centers to all families! Our son loves it there!
