I have never gone on social media to blast any business but I have too on this one! I do NOT recommend anyone to take their child to America's Best Childcare in Everett off 132nd!! As most of you know I have adopted James who has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. This daycare is suppose to be a "Christian" Daycare and let me tell you it's FAR FROM IT!!! They didn't want to take care of James anymore so on Aug. 11th I was told they are going to give me a 2 week notice. I figured if you don't want to take care of my child why would I leave him there for 2 more weeks so we made that day his last day. I paid them 3 weeks in advance so they owe me for a week and 3 days. Let me tell you the crap I have been going thru to try and get my money back!! I can never get thru to the owner or the director! I only have been communicating with a staff member. I was told last Friday it was mailed. I still have not received it. I called this morning and asked for them to put a stop payment and reissue me a new check and I will stop by in the morning on my way to work to pick it up. I was just called and told that Faith (the owner) said no that once the check gets returned she will then reissue another one. I don't think I am ever going to get a check! It's Funny how if you don't pay them by 10am on Friday mornings you will be charged a late fee!! Now I am being told that I had to pay the 2 weeks regardless and that Faith is being gracious on giving me a refund.... REALLY???

I've never experienced such an unprofessional establishment, and I'm sad to say that it was the place I chose for my child to receive care. One of the employees pursued an inappropriate relationship with the father of my child, and when I called to address my concerns with this - it took 2 months before I ever spoke to someone. I called 3 times. The director never made contact with me and it wasn't until I finally reached the office manager that I was able to express my worries of this being a conflict of interest and possibly affecting my child. The staff member gossiped about me, eavesdropped on phone conversations between my mother and other staff members, and caused a huge conflict in my child's family unit. I pulled my child out, and I haven't received an apology or had the director take any ownership for the discomfort I felt as a parent and the effect it has had on my son. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint with the state.

I was brand new to the area and hugely apprehensive as to where to send my children. A friend of mine recommended America's Best and I have to say that it has been an outstanding experience. My 5 year old jumped right in and even my 1 year old had no trouble adjusting. The staff is friendly and loving and I feel confident that my children are being educated in a clean, safe, and loving environment.

My son has been going to this daycare/preschool for 3 1/2 years now. We decided to go back for summer break and he looks forward to every day he spends there. The staff is caring and loving to your children while still managing to be polite and professional to the parents. We have tried other daycares in the area, but hands down this one is the best. Very clean and structured environment for the children to grow and learn in. I would highly recommend them for your child too:)

I highly recommend this daycare. There are age appropriate play areas and times, they work w/parents who are potty training, they have very nutritious meals and snacks, they have 3 different outdoor play areas, for the preschool children there are video games for a few minutes each day then a great curriculum that more than prepares the children for kindergarten.The staff is friendly, and try to live according to God's will. You and your children will love it.
