Computer Buys Beware. I went to Best buy on 12-1-11. To buy a computer for my wife i had picked out a PC and went to check out. As the Cashier was ringing my order up. I noticed their was a charge for the Geek Squad for $99.99. I asked the cashier what this charge was he told me that the Geek Squad had made a recovery disk and tuned the computer. Now any person that has a little common sense about computers knows that making a recovery disk is easy and only cost the amount of a blank DVD. Now the whole tuning up deal. ITS A NEW COMPUTER. So it all boils down they wanted me to buy a service from Geek Squad when really all i wanted was the computer. I wanted a Best Buy product. It should had nothing to do with Geek Squad

I ordered something online from Best Buy. They sent the wrong item. The instore staff was great about clearing up the whole confusion. I ended up paying a lot less for it then I originally had and the staff was so pleasant.
