I wish I could talk with you Mark N I also was taken advantage of by Musgrove. they are Liars & Thieves and someone needs to make sure everyone knows this. they stole every penny my mother had she has alzheimers and they lied to all of us kids they charged us $1000 more then you to do the same deed so you can amagine totaling $2010.00 no death certificates nothing all we wanted was cremation no container nothing it was also suppose to be Alpha Mark Walker ran his scam on me. he would not answere my calls or the company locate me Mark N. we need to talk look me up on Facebook Kim Bigelow Westfir, Oregon

I am very unhappy with the price, the service, the honesty and the misrepresentations of Mark Musgrove and Dennis Larson of the Musgrove-owned company West Lawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home. My family asked for the minimal and least expensive cremation available from the Musgrove family of companies and we were told by Dennis that the lowest cost was $1,280. Yet Dennis knew full well that Musgrove owns Alpha Cremation at the very same address there on 225 S. Danebo and the price is only $675. Mark Musgrove owns both companies, both are at the same physical address, both have the same PO box, both have the same email. When I found out I'd paid twice as much as the actual lowest cost option, Dennis made the excuse that he was following Mark Musgrove's policies. This has caused me to suffer a lot of unnecessary emotional distress, along with the financial loss. Please do not get taken advantage of during your time of mourning and grief over the loss of a loved one like I feel that we were taken advantage of by the Musgrove people. God bless.
