Our offices are staffed with collectors who have achieved ACA's Professional Collection Specialist and MDHBA's Certified Healthcare Collection certifications. CSO is a member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International), the Oregon Collector's Association (ORCA), Healthcare and Receivables Management Association (MDHBA), and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
