Big Sky Carpet & Tile Cleaning uses a truck mounted, top of the line hot water extraction system from Hydramaster, coupled with our rotary power wand by Rotovac, delivering deep cleaning and maximum soil extraction. Our cleaning technician, Tom Seybold (owner/operator), is deeply motivated by offering great customer service while upholding his natural attention to detail. Big Sky Carpet & Tile Cleaning only uses environmentally friendly cleaning agents that are 100% biodegradable, non toxic and safe for the entire family. At the completion of the cleaning process, your carpet is left clean, smelling fresh, PH balanced and completely free of any chemical residue. Our eight-step process includes: Inspection and preparation, dry vacuuming, soil suspension (pre-spray and agitation), extraction, spotting, grooming, drying, and post inspection. This standard of carpet cleaning is recommended by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) and utilized on every job we do. We also recognize the importance of getting your carpet completely dry in a short amount of time. We achieve this by making extra "dry" passes with our Rotovac rotary extraction tool and by placing fans over the newly cleaned carpet. By the time we leave your home or business, the carpet should be only slightly damp to the touch and completely dry within 4 to 8 hours.
