      Bookkeeping - I am a business owner whom of which works from home. I prefer to come to you, simply because you don't have to worry about losing data. You may continue to work without the worry of loss. However, if need be for the needs of your business, I currently own QuickBooks Pro 2015 which of I may do your books if you have the same program. I am not a CPA nor do I want that responsibility. I am not tax certified. However per Oregon State Law as long as you have 6 or less employees I may do your payroll. Knowing that I offer the following: Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Reconciliation Specialist, Data Entry, Business Questions for your Tax or CPA to analyze, General Journal Entries, Inventory, Payroll, Initial Business Setup on QuickBooks, Business Questions. My name is Brenda Benson, I have been in the industry for 11 years, which includes my educational background, along with my work history. I have 10 years of Customer Service Experience and will treat you with the utmost respect. I am honest and will tell you the truth. I will not over charge your for things that you do not need. I have an Associate's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Management. I am extremely organized. I have been organizing since I was 2 years old. I have an extensive file system of my own which I currently am working on getting up into the cloud. I do not believe in having things on paper for more than the required by law time period. I also believe that it is important to have things backed up which means that you have a second copy (that second copy needs to either be in a fireproof safe or in the cloud, one that has lots of storage space. I currently have a 9 AM to 5 PM rate of $30 an hour (I do not charge by the minute, flat rate only). I have an after hours rate of $60 an hour. A week end rate of $75 dollars and hour. Please feel free to give me a call for a free 15 minute consult over the phone. Most business needs can be summed up in 15 minutes, and I can discern whether or not I am the right fit for your based on how your word things in the first 5 minutes. Understand that I am an individual with a schedule, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reasonable response.
