If I could give lower than a 1 star review I would. Roof was put on 9 months ago and there are multiple leaks. No flashing or even sealant was put around the chimney. Went up in the attic and could see daylight and a 1 inch gap around the whole chimney. Shingles flew off in 20-30mph wind which is what the wind is on a typical day in Superior, WI. 2 layers of shingles are on roof on the north side of the house and on top of that they put plywood and another layer of shingles. Code is that you have to rip off shingles if 2 or more layers exist. Part of the plywood is exposed and doesn’t even have vapor barrier on top of it. I called to have him come look/fix the issues and he was being a smart ass the whole time and we got into an argument. He tried to get out of it, but by end of call had agreed to have a guy come out. A week later and no guy has shown. Tried calling, no answer. The least professional person I have ever had the displeasure of calling. For the cost of $11k it should not be leaking within 9 months. Have had other contractors out to look at the roof and they told me the same thing. There are birds getting in under the shingles on the other side of the roof and there is moss growing in the gutters because they didn't clean them out when they finished the job. I can't believe people get paid to do this shitty of work. Look at the photos I've attached.

Update: This is 3 weeks after initially contacting. He keeps saying a guy will be out to fix the job. Nobody has shown up. Unwilling to get someone out here. I looked on the other side of the roof where the birds are and they are living under the shingles. Shingles are not nailed to anything and there are not even boards underneath the last 2-3 feet on the edge of the roof. The shingles are just sitting there.
