      This place is the absolute worst! I'm having trouble deciding if the bad service is worse than the fact that the management doesn't care of have any integrity of concern for how badly it all makes the brand look. The GM Jason Cestaro is by far the most ridiculously tyrannical, insulting, obscene and offensive little person I've ever met. Talk about a Little man with a Big complex! I've witnessed how badly he speaks to his employees, suffice to say they even have a 'code word' for when he is approaching! .. I won't give it away but it's pretty dang funny. This man terminates employees without properly paying them and is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I will Not be surprised when I hear of his removal from that position. He is a liability for Group 1 automotive, not to mention an embarrassment to Mercedes Benz USA. He abuses his position and all I know is this dealership location will suffer until he is removed. His mod swings are so erratic, and he boasts of going on just 45 minutes of sleep..... He makes me wonder.
