I'm rating this one star for several reasons. The biggest reason is I had two wisdom teeth out which was a $1600 procedure. I spoke to billing 3 separate times prior to surgery they said I had a $100 co pay/deductible, after the fact I get another bill in the mail. I called to see why and they said it was a consultation fee. Never explain that to me at all prior to surgery. I thought Dr. Palo was a nice guy in the beginning, but It turns out he is just a jerk. All they care about is getting as much money out of your insurance co. That they can. Very rude and untrustworthy staff!
