My 18 yr. old son got a job as a mechanic at Champion Ford. He worked there for three weeks. He never received ANY write-ups, was never warned about any problems. He was told he was doing a great job. After a three week vacation, in witch time he had never seen my son work, the supervisor takes my son in his office and tells him he is not working fast enough, and although his team leader said he knew my son knew what he was doing and was doing well he was letting him go. Again there was no warnings no one said " You have to speed up", or Your not work to our expectations" Just "Your doing great but we're letting you go. These are unfair working conditions My son has his inspection and emissions license. My son was looking forward to working with a FORD company - this came to an unfair halt - today after his lunch break. My son was very honest about his experience just graduating this past year from tech school/high school. Its to bad they were not as honest with him. Thumbs down!
