From the initial sales meeting, to the completion of a full restore/re-paving of our pool and lanai area, we have been very pleased. Colleen’s knowledge and professionalism was the main reason we went with AQUA Doc. She was able to schedule our job to meet our schedule. The job started with Dee doing excellent work with the coping and waterline tile. Then Meme, with the paver crew, matched up all the pavers with the coping. Once they had the deck ready, Daniel and his team of Jimmie and Seth, worked very hard to remove the old pool covering (A BIG JOB). Then came the final pool finish on a Sunday. For the next few weeks our pool was monitored by Shawn. The work of skill and craftsmanship was outstanding throughout the process. Rebecca, office coordinator, and Matt, the team leader, kept us informed and the project on schedule. Their follow-up has been excellent as well. Would highly recommend this outstanding team.
