Established in 1952, Ellinwood District Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital. The hospital provides inpatient acute care, swing bed and intermediate swing bed care. Based in Ellinwood, Kan., its facility offers various patient services, including emergency room, full-service laboratory, radiology, physical and occupational therapy a well as endoscope procedures. Additionally, Ellinwood District Hospital offers dietary consultation; X-ray computed tomography (CT) scan, on-site sonograph, mammography and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan. The hospital has a state-of-the-art radiology equipment.
