For over twenty years, I've had Dr. Palazzolo as a pediatrician for my three children. She's a very knowledgeable and caring doctor who is dedicated to the well being of children and their families.

The staff at this office is bad except one person. It used to be a really good office. Now since one person left it has gotten out of control. She has hired many people and the ones she has chosen to keep are rude. She even has her daughter who has no clue what she is doing. she told my kids temp was fine and kelly retook it and it was 103. Something is wrong with that.
