We take our buses here for repairs and maint. At first they were very fast getting things done and returning the buses. Of late, (last 6 months or so) They are VERY VERY slow to even get to our buses for repairs or the maint. our buses can sit there for weeks and not even be touched. (Even though they are placed on the schedule to be worked on) I have recommended this company to 2 other schools for regular maint. and repairs. They are telling me that their buses are now taking a longer time to get them through and back to the schools. It is seeming more and more that our buses do NOT have a priority no matter what they are brought in for **EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN PLACE ON THE SCHEDULE TO BE WORKED ON** I use to praise this company and "brag" about the work they do, at this time I can NOT continue to do the same. I have a very strong customer service background both in the military and out here in our communities. This is NOT acceptable service - can ANYONE help from this Co.

We bought a flat bed tow truck approx 10 months ago. It had problems almost immediately. There motto seems to be once it is sold it is your problem. They still haven't fixed it. We have incurred many expenses, meanwhile, the warranty has run out and they don't even want to talk to us or help us. We recommended them to many of our friends in the towing business now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. John Jr. you should be ashamed of yourself along with your service department.
