Not at all happy. Have been a long time customer. Last beautician who trimmed my hair cut out my layers didn't angle it like she was asked. Said my hair is a bob so she cut all same length. Again didn't listen to customer. Now I have a straight bob that I Hate!!! Didn't shampoo my hair that was fine, just wet it and still charged me 30.$ All I needed was a trim.
