I went there in May and I wouldn't even give them 3 stars because of the environment. And the woman at the front desk was eating smelly breakfast that I thought I was in a greasy hamburger joint. Yuck, don't do there.

I'm giving them 3 stars mainly because my Technician (Beth) was very good... The low score is because of the noisy atmosphere. Part of my enjoyment is immersing myself into the total experience. Enjoying the sights, sounds, smells and feelings. But, At European Wellness, the noises just outside the room interrupted my relaxation serveral times. I could hear the steady drone of voices throughout the hour and half experience and at one time someone actually knocked on the door to announce to my technician (in a regular loud speaking voice) that they were slipping something under the door. I could hear loud walking and other clients being brought in for their sessions. I have to add that I have absolutely no complaints about the work Beth, my technician performed. She was excellent. I just wish she worked somewhere else, because I don't know if I will go back.
