Working as a traveling super for Terry Adams Inc. since 2000. I can confirm that some of the information provided in the other review is accurate. Working for national clients who hire professional architects require constant changes, and hardly ever result in additional build out time. As a super we work around the clock to ensure our stores turnover on time and only on the rarest occasions do we miss our clients target date. There is a good possibility myself or another real TAI super had to go and clean up after this anonymous super when he was terminated or quit. I have 4 senior field supervisors I work under who have been with Mr. Adams for longer than my 15 years.. Anyone capable of developing a team of dedicated and loyal employees and manage to stay in business for 25+ years is doing something right. At the end of a job the store speaks for itself. On a personal note . I wouldn't do this type of work for anyone else, Terry has been good to my family and deserves my gratitude.

This company is disorganized and jobs are not completed on time. The superintendent on the job does not receive updates to plans in a timely manner which causes a loss of time and money to Terry Adams Inc. Most of the time permits are not ready when the job starts, this causes delays in starting the job and then it is rush to complete the job as promised. This company could do better with organization skills and hiring qualified people.
