This place is ridiculously slow and they can't seem to get 5 out of 10 orders correct after 6pm. It's a tremendous letdown every time you pull into this place. You think, OMG I'm about to get some ice cream and it's going to be Braums-style delicious! Then you wait 30 minutes in an empty drive through...and then you get the item you ordered, but it's made incorrectly (wrong toppings, wrong cone, etc), then you notice that it has stale ingredients (old cone, brown bananas) and finally you stop coming here altogether...Ok, I never learn. I keep thinking they'll fix the problems but as of last night 9/3/2012 they're still screwing it up. Go to the one on Broadway a few blocks away and you'll be more than satisfied.
