Update to the previous review. The staff (nurses and dr) past the front desk were AMAZING! They need to consider more training for the front desk personnel to be better equipped to work with people when they aren't feeling well. Still my only complaint.

Was just informed by the receptionist at this location that the "online checkin" their website advertises "doesn't really work" and that it "will be a while." I thought the point of the online checkin was to wait at home for longer periods and show when your "appointment" time is. I'm here for a flu test and now I'm exposing everyone in the waiting room. And to top it off, she got a major attitude about it. I'm sure lots of people ask about the online checkin process but it's her job to be respectful. Horrible customer service at this location.

Service was quick and friendly and clear directions.
Follow the website link and use the "WAHOO" check in to make an appointment so that you don’t wait in line.
